Barcelona Ready for Historic Match at Renovated Camp Nou over the weekend
The club confirmed they are set to host at the renovated but unfinished Camp Nou on Saturday. Athletic Bilbao will visit the Basque side in La Liga two and a half years since relocating to allow renovations to start.

Not all seats will be available though over 45,000 attendees are permitted inside under the licence granted. When completed, the Camp Nou is due to hold over 104,000 attendees, increasing from the former 99,000. The club said completed upgrades featured a new players’ tunnel and new dressing rooms.
Recent Activities
The club conducted a fan-accessible workout at the Camp Nou in early November. Officials stated they are seeking authorization by UEFA to host the next European match versus the German side in December in the renovated venue. They have been hosting matches at Estadio Olímpic Lluís Companys.
